When you place an order on our website you are making an offer to Shrimps and Tiddlers to purchase the items as described in your order. We will send you a confirmation that we have received the order. This is not confirmation that your offer of purchase has been accepted. We have only accepted your offer once your order has been processed and dispatched to you. Your credit/debit card is charged at the time of placing the order. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Prices may be changed without prior notice. We will also add a delivery charge. Please see the section on delivery charges.
We endeavor to describe our items accurately. However, they are intended as a general guide to the products and are not binding descriptions. Colours may vary due to the software used on your computer and we are not responsible for any difference in the colour of the goods as depicted.
We usually hold stock of all our items. However sometimes items are unavailable. We may substitute with a very similar alternative or inform you of an extended delivery date.
We do not accept liability for any consequential loss for any reason.
DELIVERY CHARGES
Standard delivery within the UK is FREE.
Express delivery £7.95
For deliveries of larger items to offshore islands there may be additional charges. We will inform you of any additional charges before your order is dispatched. For standard delivery please allow up to 14 days, although you will usually receive your order within 7 days. Express delivery is usualy delivered within 1-3 working days. We can also offer a next day delivery service. Please telephone 01295 780091 to arrange this. Delivery dates quoted are estimated and may be subject to change. We do not accept liability for any loss if the delivery does not take place at the estimated time.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
For international delivery charges please email us at whiskers.end@o2.co.uk with a list of items required before making a purchase. It is impossible for us to estimate international delivery charges in advance. We will get the best price available on the day for your order. Delivery is charged at cost.
RETURNS
If you wish to return an item we must receive it back to us within 7 working days after the day you receive the item. Please contact us first. We will offer you an exchange or if you wish a refund provided that the products are returned in perfect condition, complete, unused and unwashed and in the original packaging. Please take care to pack the product carefully as it is your responsibility to make sure we receive them back in perfect condition. We cannot accept items for refund or exchange if the goods are not in perfect condition. Please enclose your invoice in the parcel. For all returns you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. We will refund the cost of the goods but not the delivery charge unless the item if faulty.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ANY LATER THAN 7 WORKING DAYS AFTER THE DAY THAT YOUR ORDER WAS DELIVERED.
